The company was formed by Steve Lyth, an experienced business continuity practitioner, and business operations professional, after a career of over 25 years with FTSE 100 and US global finance organisations.

Steve is a member of the Business Continuity Institute, a Prince2® Practitioner and holds an honours degree in Accounting.
